My New Year’s Resolution for 2009

I would just like to share my new year’s resolution for this year. Better late than never!

  1. Drink 8 glasses of water a day
  2. Solve 1 Sudoku puzzle a day
  3. Jump rope for 3 minutes or 100 jumps a day

I’ve been doing these for 2 straight weeks already!

I’m not fond of drinking water. So for me, drinking 8 glasses of water a day is the hardest to keep. Plus, keeping track of how many glasses I drank for the day is what made it even harder.

So how do I do it? A friend advised me to drink a glass of water before and after each meal. So if I eat 3 times a day, that would make 6 glasses already. It’s up to me when will I take the other 2.

  1. Good luck to your resolution. I had a resolution but sad to say, its considered a part of history now. By the way, I tried sudoku but I guess its not for me. However, maybe if I got much time and a motivation to challenge myself, I might try again.
